Return and Refund Policy

Please choose carefully as Jess and Coco Designs does not accept change of mind returns/ refunds or exchanges of any kind.

Jess and Coco designs ensures that every product prior to sending has been checked for faults however if your product is faulty we will refund the item to the account it was purchased from. 

Please send an email to jessandcocodesigns@gmail.com with your order number if your product is faulty. Please attach a photo of the faulty item so we can rectify the problem.
